Hi! I'm SJ.
I've been designing florals for Northern Vermont destination weddings for 23 years, and I've learned that the best celebrations happen when couples trust the creative process.
I work from my private studio, designing every element personally. While I have a trusted team who helps with setup on your wedding day, every design decision is mine. This is intentional. It means your florals get my complete attention and unique attention to detail.
I'm not interested in filling orders or churning through as many weddings as possible. I'm interested in understanding who you are, what you're trying to create, and then bringing that vision to life in a way that exceeds your expectations.
With only one wedding per weekend and limited dates available each year, I can give your celebration the focus it deserves.

Environmental consciousness!
I am committed to stewardship. During the Vermont growing season, I am proud to source flowers and botanicals from growers as close as 5 miles from my studio, even from my own gardens! I believe in keeping business local and green whenever it makes practical sense. In addition, I engage in the following practices:

Design foam-free as much as possible

Repurpose and up-cycle {when viable and feasible}

Recycle packaging, byproducts, and waste

Compost biodegradable and organic byproducts

Provide rental options for containers, displays, and decor elements {when appropriate}

Use natural and/or non-toxic cleaning products in my studio
