Catherine & Aaron | Real Vermont Wedding

Updated: Jan 16

Catherine & Aaron's wedding was a perfect summer affair at the Trudell Family Farm. The meadow across from Catherine's childhood home hosted a dreamy sailcloth tent and a picturesque ceremony space complete with a custom triple mountain peak backdrop hand-crafted by her brother. Catherine and Aaron opted for a laid-back boho vibe, a nod to their love of nature and the out-of-doors. I was delighted to bring their vision to life, having known the family–locals in our rural neighborhood. It was the second "Trudell sister" wedding we've done over the years!

The floral designs featured an earthy palette of blush, beige, soft lavender, baby blue, and white. We foraged local grasses and included wheat and dried elements to connect to the family farm.

My favorite element the crown Catherine wore during the reception. It featured fluffy bunny tail grass and baby's breath and she ROCKED IT. She told me she didn't want to take it off so she wore it on the plane back to Colorado on Monday!

Congratulations Wilsons! Here's to your happily ever after.
